In Mark’s fight vs. Joe Kavey, the fight ended at 1:51 of the 1st round, a win via guillotine choke submission. Congrats to Mark, and to the countless people who helped make it possible. Next is to wrap-up some editing and post work on the film. Here are some pics from the fight!

The Story

Mark Chauppetta is a father of twins with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). To raise awareness and funds for charity, Mark put his own health on the line by fighting in a cage match with thousands watching, in his hometown of Brockton, MA. The fight was August 1, 2009, and a documentary of this experience is currently in production. Learn about the Cause, the Fight, and the Documentary.
